Supreme Avo-Hummus Toast

Avocado toast is delicious, nutritious and easy to make. If you add hummus into the mix, you’ll probably never want plain old avocado toast ever again. Eat this as a snack or mix it into a breakfast/ brunch for optimal epic meal time.

  1. Mash avocado with fork in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic and continue mashing.
  2. Spread hummus and mashed avocado on toasted bread (I use gluten free). Sprinkle hemp hearts, top with red onion or micro-greens and drizzle with olive oil/ balsamic vinegar mixture and sriracha hot sauce.
Recipe Notes

You can top avocado toast with pretty much anything. This just happens to be my quick, go to option that packs a flavourful punch.
