Avocado toast is delicious, nutritious and easy to make. If you add hummus into the mix, you’ll probably never want plain old avocado toast ever again. Eat this as a snack or mix it into a breakfast/ brunch for optimal epic meal time.
Supreme Avo-Hummus Toast
Mash avocado with fork in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and garlic and continue mashing.
Spread hummus and mashed avocado on toasted bread (I use gluten free). Sprinkle hemp hearts, top with red onion or micro-greens and drizzle with olive oil/ balsamic vinegar mixture and sriracha hot sauce.
You can top avocado toast with pretty much anything. This just happens to be my quick, go to option that packs a flavourful punch.
