  1. Fry vegan sausage patty per package instructions. Add “cheez” slice on top of patty when it is almost done cooking to begin melting.
  2. Toast hash brown and English muffin.
  3. Mix your preferred amount of vegan mayo/ sriracha to make spicy mayo/ savoury sauce.
  4. Assemble hash brown, vegan sausage patty and spicy mayo in English muffin and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

I cooked 1 inch piece of Lightlife Plant Based Sausage on medium-high heat for approximately 3 minutes per side. Heat settings on every stove differ, so follow package instructions or cook until crispy/ brown.
