  1. Preheat oven to 450. Rinse and strain chickpeas. Spread on baking sheet and blot dry.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic, turmeric, paprika, salt & pepper. Mix well.
  3. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
