Instructions
  1. Boil cauliflower florets and onion for approximately 12 minutes.
  2. Once softened, place cauliflower, onion and all other ingredients except peas and parsley in the food processor.
  3. Pour over cooked pasta, add cooked peas and parsley. Mix.
  4. Garnish with chives if desired.
Recipe Notes

Serving amounts of salt, pepper and garlic vary based on preference.
As mentioned above, nutritional yeast is not necessary if you don’t have it- still tastes great without it!
Any dairy free “buttery spread” will do but Melt is organic and gluten free.
