Delicious Black Bean Lime Burger
This Delicious Black Bean Lime Burger is a goodie, a quickie and packed with flavour. It is seriously delicious and even better when you pair it with oven roasted sesame fries (click here for fries).
I love this burger because you get a healthy serving of plant based protein but you skip out on all of the fat you’d get in most beefy burgs. The texture is pretty dreamy, it’s filling and you can eat 2 and its totally chill since the calories are basically irrelevant.
I don’t have much else to say except that this was a fan favourite in my household and one of my personal favourites. Enjoy it! Eat more than one.

- Heat 2-3 tbsp of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Combine all ingredients in food processor and pulse 3-4 times.
- Form a ball of medium size with burger mixture and flatten in pan with your hand.
- Cook 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Top with avocado, spinach or mixed greens and Sriracha (optional)
I used about 1 tsp of each seasoning but add or use less as desired. Zest some of the lime for more potent lime flavour.
